Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to senior management for CASS planning, performance & operations
• Develop strategic plans aligned with RTA goals and ensure execution within budget and timeline
• Implement and improve risk management, safety, sustainability, and quality initiatives
• Lead audits, performance assessments, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
• Drive excellence agenda and award participation (local, regional, global)
• Manage stakeholder engagement and employee awareness programs
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness planning
• Promote circular economy efforts, green procurement, and sustainable practices
• Lead strategic foresight and innovation initiatives within CASS sector

Skills & Competencies

• Strategic thinker and roadmap developer for QHSS aligned with authority goals
• Proficient in QHSS systems and data analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts
• Creative and analytical in solving organizational and operational challenges
